It is our goal to offer you the finest trophy whitetail and turkey experience available.  Most experienced Whitetail hunters know the place to hunt giant Whitetail bucks is the Mid-West. However, getting a tax is often impossible (year to year) and always expensive.  However, in Missouri, getting a tag is easy and economical.  They are available over the counter - no draws, preference points or lotteries to worry about.

Most of our properties are located in Northwest Missouri, just south of Ringgold County and Decatur County Iowa, in the secluded town of Hatfield, Missouri but closer to the Iowa border than the limits of Hatfield (within 1/2-mile to 1/4-mile).

All hunts are semi guided hunts. A hunt administrator will be available to show you the farm location and help ensure your hunt goes smoothly.  A fully guided experience is available upon request for an additional daily fee.

 

We will have approximately 50 tree stands hung and ready upon your arrival covering approximately 1300 acres.  They are visibly marked and easy to find. Typically there are no less than 10 stands per property, but often many more.  In addition, some hunting gear is available for your use while on the property.  Bring your own food, water, and refreshments.

These are all privately owned exclusive, low pressure farms.  We do not run back to back pay hunts so you will be hunting fresh stands each hunt and often stands which have not been hunted that year! There will be a few rules for some of the properties involved mainly concerning trophy restrictions (usually a 140" minimum), woodline access, and what we consider minimum gear requirements (Scent Control).    However, there are no trophy fees again for 2010, but we have implemented a fee-penalty system if an undersized buck is killed.

Costs for the hunts are as follows:

(Includes Lodging-Except 2009 Rifle Hunt)

2009 Bow (See App):                    $1800/Person.

2009 Rifle:                                   $1800/Person.

2009 Muzzleloader:                      $1500/Person.

Turkey:                                       $600/Person

We will be booking even fewer hunters per farm 1person/farm except "farm4&5" (see below) for each hunt.   We have combined Farms 4&5 into a single 650 acre farm for which we will accept 3 hunters per booking. There will be an administrator available to show you stand locations, property locations and help you with wind decisions, etc.  They essentially will ensure you enjoy the best possible hunt.  A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

About Us

We operate a very small and generally exclusive farming and hunting operation in NW Missouri. Our goal is to provide a top quality semi-guided Midwest whitetail or turkey experience.

 

Generally speaking we will provide one or two bow hunts, a rifle hunt and a muzzleloader hunt each year.  We determine dates during the month of March considering the past years experiences, daytime trail camera photos of shooter bucks, moon phase (during the planned hunt), etc.

 

We are happy to entertain custom hunting/season dates to meet your specific scheduling needs.  We simply ask that you have at least four hunters in your group. Corporate groups are welcome!

 

We enjoy entertaining our guests, and providing  very low pressure hunting properties where a hunter can test his own skills in one of the most beautiful settings the mid west has to offer.

 

Poster size aerial and topographic photos with stand and camera locations are shown for your quick access inside the Lodge.

  

Further, some of our farms are bow only farms and have not been rifle hunted for going on three years.    These farms we are very careful with and have initiated an age management structure in an effort to focus on generating more Boone and Crocket sized animals.
