Mid West Sporting Properties, LLC Growing Boone and Crocket Whitetails is what we do

Mid West Sporting Properties, LLC is a Delaware Limited Liability Company established in 2005. Its founder has been active in the hunting industry since the late 1990’s. Like so many, spending many years traveling to mid west to bow hunt whitetails, finally became a relocation effort and in 2005 MWSP purchased 190 acres of land consisting of timber, native grass, and pasture. Although the ultimate goal of great hunting was the vision, farming income would be the means by which that would be attained. The land has been worked as a row crop farm ever since, and although there is no prior history of Boone and Crocket bucks being harvested on this property, since 2005, a 183″NT main frame 10pt and a 190″ NT 12pt have been taken by bow (Official Score) as well as numerous 140″ thru 160″ deer also taken by bow and arrow.

In 2006 MWSP was lucky enough to purchase a second farm, 171ac of native grass, and degraded CRP land with some timber. To date, this farm has produced One 181″ Boone and Crocket; and two high-150″ deer and several deer in the 140’s. Some of our best trailcam pictures of Booners to date come from this property. Although we suffered a setback with EHD in 2012, this second farm will resume its role of being the primary B&C producer the trailcams have always shown it to be.
